Technology Moving Forward: Mar 2011 - For any of our early clients that are still using the old WET11 or Edimax radios: We are in the process of retiring these old radios so we can continue to move forward. You will be contacted at soem point to advise you of the date that this service will be discontinued. If you have not upgraded to anewer radio by that time, your access will no longer work. Your old radio restricts you to the 512k (0.5 Meg) connection that you agreed to when you started the service. By replacing your old radio with the newer radio you will get a much faster (3 Meg burstable) and more reliable connection to our system at the same price you currently pay. The new hardware also supports VOIP (telephone over interent) as well. It also means that higher speed packages are also an option if you either desire or require them in the future. Please contact your Internet Service provider for more details as to the cost or for rental options. |
